How reservations will work:

- The Promo Code will be valid for a maximum of 12 rooms in total and will remain active until 18 March 2026.
- Guests will be able to make their reservations based on the remaining availability at the time of booking (first come, first served) using the Promo Code. 

Terms of payment for guests:
- A credit card guarantee will be required to individual guest to hold the selected room. The number of rooms per category must be specified, up to a maximum of 12 rooms.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of confirming the individual reservation.
- The remaining 50% non-refundable balance is required 90 days prior to arrival, by 18 March 2026.
- Accepted payment method: Pay by Link (Mastercard, Visa, Amex).

Cancellation policy for guests:
- From the confirmation of the reservation to 91 days before: 50% penalty.
- From 90 days prior to arrival (18 March 2026): 100% penalty.
- In case of no-show, early departure, or reduction of the stay, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Arrival and Departure Information Check-in: from 3:00 pm  - Check-out: by 12:00 pm  - Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Supplements:  Extra bed (Suite only): €190.00 per night; Baby cot (0–3 years): €30.00 per night; Pets: €35.00 per night (pets cannot be left unattended in the room nor may they access the spa or dining areas).

Luca’s Restaurant by Paulo Airaudo: Their Michelin-starred restaurant Luca’s by Paulo Airaudo. To ensure the best service they kindly ask to inform them in advance should any guest have allergies or dietary intolerances.  

La Gemma Café: An inviting space enriched by a glamorous cocktail bar and an opulent chequered marble floor.

Allure SPA: Their wellness oasis at Allure Spa and rejuvenate your senses with the Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, emotional shower, and ice fountain. Indulge in Biologique Recherche premium facial and body treatments. Booking in advance through their website or via email grants a 10% discount on treatments. The discount is not available for walk-in reservations. Valet Parking Service: La Gemma is in the heart of Florence, within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). They offer guests a valet parking service with a partner garage, and they will register the vehicle’s license plate with the Local Police for entry permission. The daily rate is €65.00 per night. No advance reservation is required.

Term of payment for guests:
- The hotel requires a credit card as a guarantee at the time of the booking and the 50% deposit (vat included) one month before - you will receive a secure link to pay the deposit a few days before the deadline.
- The remaining balance (vat included) will be required at the check-out.

Cancellation policy for guests:
- No penalty for cancellation communicated before 1 month prior to arrival.
- If cancellation is communicated between May 18th, 2026, and 72 hours prior to arrival, they will keep the paid deposit as penalty.
- For later cancellation they will apply 100% penalty.

- To check availability and receive negotiated rates, you should reach out to the Guest Experience and Management Team at +39 339 285 3594 on WhatsApp by Wednesday, March 18th 2026. Availability will depend on the hotel's availability at the time of the request.

Terms of payment and cancellation policy:
- A valid credit card is required, to which the hotel will charge an amount equal to the first night for each room. You will pay for the stay directly at the property, and the pre-authorization amount will be released after your stay.
- Rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to check-in. After this deadline, they will charge 100% of the total stay.

Please also note that the hotel is located within a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) and parking is not permitted for non-residents. For this reason, the hotel cooperates with a garage located a few minutes away, open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.  The daily garage rate is EUR 25.00 – 35.00 (depending on the size of the vehicle). This price includes valet service and registration of the vehicle’s license plate with the Municipal Police to avoid fines related to entering the ZTL.
